From your initial inquiry to final delivery, here's what the process looks like.

    After your inquiry is received, I'll send you my ‘Working Together’ Guide, which outlines my services, process, investment, and what to expect before scheduling a discovery call. Within the guide, you'll also find a more detailed project questionnaire where you can share information about your project, timeline, and project-specific needs.

  • Once you've had a chance to review the guide, we'll meet to discuss your studio, workflow, current project needs, and how I can best support your team.

    Together, we'll determine the scope, deliverables, timeline, and whether we're the right fit to work together.

  • Following our conversation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and investment.

    Once approved, we'll complete onboarding, organize project files, and establish a timeline.

  • With everything in place, I begin producing the agreed-upon deliverables, whether that's documentation, presentations, schedules, studio standards, or specialized project support.

    Throughout the project, we stay in communication as questions arise, revisions are requested, and the documentation evolves alongside the design.

  • You'll review progress sets and provide consolidated feedback or redlines. Revisions are completed, and final deliverables are prepared to meet your firm's standards and support presentation, coordination, and construction.

  • Projects rarely stay the same from start to finish. As selections evolve, field conditions change, or additional documentation is needed, I remain available to provide ongoing support and revisions, helping your projects stay organized and moving forward.
